A food intolerance test can help determine if we are sensitive or intolerant to the foods we eat. It is also referred to as a food sensitivity test kit . It is a blood test that is offered for home use. When a material is put into the body, the immune system responds, causing allergic reactions to food. The immune system produces antibodies to that substance as a result of such exposure. Future consumption of the chemical prompts the immune system to quickly recognize it and produce additional antibodies to fight it off, leading to what is known as an allergic reaction.
